This is a quiz…. Tell me what is the one thing you would not expect to find at the side of a dumpster? Trash? Bags? Junk?

The answer is… a box of flowers!

We aren’t really flowers but our foster mom named us with all flower names because we had such a trashy beginning.

Here is our story.

We were born on April 24th 2025, and then were promptly put into a box and left at a dumpster. It is only because a good Samaritan saw us and took us to the animal control that we even survived the day.

Our foster lady became our surrogate mom. She took us in on our birthday and now we are old enough and big enough for us to have surgery on June 23rd, and then, off to a new adventure at our furever homes!

We are 5 little chihuahua girls who most likely won’t be bigger than 10 pounds fully grown, or maybe 15 at the most, but foster mom thinks smaller. We are all tiny yet, so we are treated like the little princess babies that we truly are. Foster mom says so!

There isn’t much to talk about at this point, as we are almost 8 weeks old and puppies this age generally do the same things. Eat, poo, play and sleep and do it all over again.

If you are interested in an adorable cute little chihuahua, our adoption fee in Texas is $350 and if you are out of state, the fee is $650 which includes transportation to you.

Something to Consider:

  • Puppies don't train themselves

If you aren’t willing to train a puppy every single day, don’t get a puppy! It isn’t a one-shot deal. You have to be dedicated. And if you aren’t making progress – find someone who can help. Enroll in a puppy training class or hire a trainer. Most cities across the nation have some sort of availability for this kind of help and at different cost levels that would fit your budget.

Puppies are going to poop a lot and pee even more; chew on everything; bite everyone; scratch people and furniture; steal things; destroy something at some point; pull on the leash; not move at all on the leash; bark; cry; beg for attention; and the list goes on. You’re going to have to walk them, bathe them, pick up everything below waist height, buy new shoes, and most importantly: TRAIN THE PUPPY NOT TO DO THESE THINGS! Ultimately, it is your responsibility to teach your puppy that this behavior is unacceptable.

  • Puppies turn into dogs...
